    • Lead Outta LoveIt matters how we lead ourselves and those around us. Leaders in any capacity must keep learning, not within the fleeting boundaries of fads and social media what-have-you-nots. Great leaders stem from unconditional love, with room to keep growing.
    • Ordinary People + Extraordinary GodOrdinary people whose faith is in the Lord do not receive get out of growth cards. We feel the fool, want to stop, insist we can’t one more time. Our persistence is not within, but is found with our eyes on an extraordinary God.
    • StorytellersPeople who tell of their own journeys, how they stub a toe on a pebble only to swing again and slay the mountain but sometimes not, whisper to us, “Keep growing.” Our shared experiences provide glimpses of our capabilities and promises of lessons to be learned.
    • The Great OutdoorsOutside is a place of humbling. Be it sowing and harvesting, walking a dog, raising some goats, wandering through a forest after a rain, the great outdoors remind us how “caring for” never, ever equals “controlling over.” What’s out there keeps us growing.
